You need to practice a lot more and develop your own style, this sort of drawing is hardly unique. Practice lots, try other styles, develop your own. That’s the only way to become a good drawer.
As a beginning, you have potential, but don’t be afraid to deviate from the norm!

for just starting at this type of drawing I feel that you can have a very succesful career in this type of illustrations. you should take some highschool art courses and learn complimentary colours, and also learn the different styles of shading. explore, stippling it is very interesting.

Ahh, Anime :] Im 12 and MAJORLY into Anime too. Your’s is alright, but I think you should make the lines a little thinner and use a sharper pencil. I also have some Amazing anime how-to-draw books, they’ve made me such a better artist, and I think you should have a flick through one :]
