    LOL…What seems to …
LOL…What seems to be the issue my friend?…Do you have some sort of a personal grudge against this performer?…Please try to understand this is a traditional form martial art…these were the techniques used until firearms came into use…No one expects you to use these techniques in today’s modern warfare…yet unarmed hand to hand combat is quite common even in modern day warfare…most importantly you can still use these techniques as means of self defence in your day to day life…

  4. mandip5ingh Says:

    these kind of …
these kind of techniques will not let you stand a minute in real warfare. some people need to find out what the real shaster vidia of sikhs are and not this gatka invented by the british to make us look like entertainers.

    That’s what you …
That’s what you call it in your language…Even if you call it “Gatka” in your local language…universally it is a form of martial art…The word “martial art” means “an art related to the field of warfare”…

    subsequent Gurus …
subsequent Gurus used this form of self defense and warfare to defend the existing community, religion and traditions from fanatic foreign invaders…So you see the Sikh community evolved in “INDIA” by the “INDIAN” people to protect the “INDIANS”…and definitely the art of this self defense was not developed on thin air…there was a soil underneath…What was the name of that soil?…answer has to be “BHARAT”…

  8. thevagabondheart Says:

    sorry…i will have …
sorry…i will have to strongly defer your statement…religion has nothing to do with martial art…this techniques of warfare and self defense are being used in “INDIA” from time immemorial…even before the age of Ramayana and Mahabharata…It is pure “INDIAN” tradition which is also practiced by the Sikhs…Sikh religion was founded by Guru Nanak ji who was an “INDIAN” himself…
